Chino Valley High School

Welcome to Chino Valley High School (CVHS), Chino Valley, Arizona.  CVHS was established in 1991.  The school has been an integral part of a growing community that still maintains a warm home town feeling.  Chino is in the high desert plains region of northern Arizona just 15 miles north of Prescott and 87 miles southwest of Flagstaff.  The high school is located on the corner of Center Street and Highway 89.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive and challenging lessons, containing clearly stated objectives, clearly delivered information, guided practice, and assessments. Our teachers and staff have a strong commitment to student success.  With a student centered approach to education every student has an individual learning plan developed through an academic period designed to maximize achievement (See CVHS 2011 Course Descriptions and CVHS 2011 Handbook).  This process empowers students to reach their dreams.
